We offer a 14-day free trial for new users to experience Lattice Relay. You can cancel at any time during this period, and you will not be charged. We encourage you to fully test our service before committing to a paid plan.

Subscription Cancellations and Refunds

Our subscriptions are billed annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, please note that we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of a subscription period once the charge has been processed. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

Exceptions

If you experience significant, unresolvable technical issues caused by our platform within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may contact our support team to request a review of your account for a potential discretionary refund. Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Lattice Tech Lab LLC.
